The article I suggest you take a look at is an interview with Richard Shotton, author of The Choice Factory, in the Tales from The Tour Bus series, it’s one of my favorite marketing books from last year and a really nice interview where Richard not only shares some of his thinking on behavioral marketing but also the process of writing the book and his journey to creating his own consultancy.

In the interview segment this week my guest is Emily Binder, the Chief Strategist of Beetle Moment Marketing, a voice-first consultancy. Voice is a hot topic and it’s a fascinating conversation, that was not just about voice but we get some really good insights from her marketing career.
