  • Awareness – The buyer becomes aware they have a problem that can be solved 
  • Muse – The buyer is looking for inspiration and finding the solution 
  • Purchase – The buyer is now evaluating the solutions and making a decision
  • Engage – The buyer is now a customer, and we need to make sure they are onboarded
  • Develop – Creating a repeat customer, renewal, reference or advocate
