It’s Grant’s fourth time on the show, the last time being episode 144. A model for marketing measurement that comprises of 24 key performance metrics across three components: Market Presence, Brand Strength, and Pipeline Health. They discuss why Grant chose these areas, step through them, and the key metrics marketers need to focus on in each.
